04. Rapid Iteration
OngoingWe release weekly. Your team tests in real conditions, Dev Assist captures feedback, and we build what actually matters — not what we assumed would matter in a spec document. Features evolve from real usage, not guesswork.
05. Launch & Handover
Month 2–3When the platform is production-ready, we handle deployment, staff training, and the technical handover. You get full access to your infrastructure, documentation, and a support channel — you own everything we build.
