The Challenge
Mercers had a static informational website that did nothing for their business. Enquiries came through WhatsApp and phone calls that went unanswered outside office hours. Their agents managed listings in spreadsheets, and social media was posted manually — if at all.
Critically, their market speaks English, Shona, and Ndebele. A platform that only served English speakers was leaving a significant share of potential buyers unable to engage comfortably.
What We Built
A full AI-powered property platform — not just a website. The core is a Claude-powered AI assistant that handles property enquiries in three languages around the clock, routing complex requests to the right agent automatically.
We wrapped this with an agent portal, an AI photo studio, automated social content generation, and an SEO agent that keeps their search presence fresh without requiring any manual effort.
