The terms, in plain words

Zuva Digital provides software that helps a business organise its own material and work with it using AI — planning, documents, calls, client records, and files kept elsewhere and connected to it. Where a workspace is built for you, it is yours to use for as long as your arrangement with us runs.

Everything you put into the product, and everything it produces from your material, belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. We hold it in order to run the service, and for nothing else — see the privacy page for what that means in practice.

You can export or delete your material, and you can ask us to delete it on your behalf.

Three things, and they are the ordinary ones:

• Do not put material into the product that you have no right to use.
• Do not use it to do something unlawful, or to harm somebody.
• Do not try to break it, overload it, or get at another workspace's material. Each workspace is separated deliberately, and probing that separation is not research, it is trespass.

Parts of this product answer using AI. It is good, and it is not infallible. It can be wrong, and it can be confidently wrong. Where an answer matters — money, a commitment to a client, a legal or medical question — check it against the source, which the product is built to show you. Do not treat it as professional advice.

We work to keep the service running and to fix things quickly when they break, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. Where an outage is ours to fix, we fix it and tell you what happened.

What things cost is set out on the pricing page or in the arrangement agreed with you directly. If a price changes we tell you before it applies, not afterwards.

You can stop using the service whenever you like, and ask us to delete your material when you do. We may end an arrangement if these terms are broken in a way that puts other people's material or the service itself at risk — and if we do, we will say why, and give you your material.

We are responsible for our own failures, and we do not exclude liability for anything the law does not allow to be excluded. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of the service in ways these terms ask you not to, or from decisions taken on an AI answer that was not checked where checking obviously mattered.
